EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS - TOPIC 3 (Reflection of A Succesfull Technopreneur)
William Henry Gates III, better known by the name of Bill
Gates was born on October 28, 1955, in Seattle, Washington. Bill Gates is the
second child of three siblings. His father William Henry Gates was a corporate
lawyer who has many relatives in town. While his mother Mary Maxwell an officer
of First Interstate Bank, however than Bill gates Pacific Northwest bell and a
member of the national united way.
Bill was intelligent, but he was too full of spirit and tend to often have trouble in school. When he was eleven years old, his parents decided to make a change in him and sent him to Lakeside School, an elementary school special for a prestigious boys. to return to his old profession he loved the Head of Research and Development
in Software his own
company, Microsoft Corp. And
in early 2008, Bill Gates decided to resign from the management of Microsoft
and concentrate on philanthropic work through the establishment of a charitable
foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
From
I understand previously associated reflection, is the reaction of the things
do, but this time it is my explanation about most things most implied in
connection with employability skills, although that things have been written of
things to see. Take a closer reflection point is, a way of thinking behind what
i see, or deeper into the matter in depth it's actually called reflection. I am
very proud William Henry Gates III, better known by the name of Bill Gates.

How
the topic might be relevant to me and my personal goals is by reviewing
existing reflection on William Henry Gates (bill gates)a successful
technopreneur. Bill Gates taking classes at Harvard University in Cambridge
began in 1975. There he met with Paul Allen at school together. With Paul
Allen, Bill Gates continues to develop his talents in the field of computer
programming. However, Bill gates ruled out (drop out) for donating her time to
Microsoft. If enrolled in entrepreneur level, I and William Henry
Gates, my technopreneur level is very much difficulty and comparable
technopreneur in Malaysia. I have been aspire to be a successful technopreneur
as my long-term goals, because to become a successful technopreneur requires a
long period. In the long term goals.
The
conclusion I can make, my long-term goals is to achieve my goals within the
next 10 years, which became one great general manager in the own engineering
company. To become a successful technopreneur and achieve planned my goals,
there are no shortcuts, one requires effort and planning strategies designed to
achieve the goals. Technopreneur must set goals that can be measured in strategic
plans. Furthermore a key to ensure the implementation the above decision of
stay. Technopreneur must need to develop key performance indicators (KPI) that
can be measured and monitored on an ongoing basis. Beside than get data related
to the operation of these indicators and evaluate the results according to
schedule. general manager need to
evaluate what worked and continues to this process and enhance them to improve
performance. With the results failed, must determine what process did not work
and make adjustments instantly to prevent further deterioration. Setting goals
is not easy.
Is my goal can be achievable? Consider whether I have the resources to achieve my goal. If not, I need to determine if I can assemble everything required to streamline process. However than remove any obstacles before get started, realistic goals is achievable goals, unrealistic goals is just dreams. although than not necessary to be negative but take time to honestly evaluate whether I being realistic. Make my goal timely by stating a due date for my goal and the action steps involved in achieving it.

Salam Nurridzuan(a.k.a wan legend) , Base on your technopreneur and the final reflection,which is u want to be great general manager in your own engineering company which is very hard to achieve this goal in 10 years , But, i know u a hard-working person and i know u will do anything to achieve your goal . 1. Listen to Your Staff
One of the indications that you’re doing a good job as a hotel general manager is if your staff feel that they are truly part of your hotel. One of the faults of many hotel managers or anyone holding a managerial position for that matter is the tendency to be dismissive of their staff. Listen to them because they offer insights on how you can run the property better.
2. Share Your Knowledge
Teaching is part of your job as a hotel general manager. Sharing what you know to your staff will not only foster a sense of empowerment in your hotel. 5. Don’t Be Afraid to Ask for Help
Being a hotel manager is one of the most stressful jobs in the world and one reason for this is that most managers are ashamed to ask for help. Even though you’re expected to be able to handle everything that comes your way, everyone has a limit. When you reach this limit, don’t be afraid to tap into your staff and ask for help.
